This updates the June proposal to the amount the board approved: $25,000 in content and $5,000 in distribution.
The foundation is built. The launch is waiting for a date. The partnership fills the months in between.
Two separate agreements, one account. The Opening Campaign, contracted in March, is built around opening day. The Year-Round Partnership runs on the fiscal year regardless of it.
| Investment | Scope | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Opening Campaign | Phases 0 to 3, built around opening day | $40,000 |
| Year-Round Partnership, FY27 | A 12-month agreement, July 2026 through June 2027 | $30,000 |
| Total | $70,000 |
| Phase | Fee | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 0 · Discovery | $4,500 | Delivered |
| Phase 1 · Strategy and Foundation The plans and systems Phase 2 executes. Most of it is already yours. The last three items ship in the batch below. | $10,000 | Closing this batch |
| Phase 2 · Pre-Launch Activation Production of what Phase 1 planned: the campaign asset library, the earned media campaign, and the newsletter strategy. The plan is finished. | $19,000 | Holds for the date |
| Phase 3 · Launch Week Three days on site. Day-by-day plan, spokesperson prep, press coordination, real-time coverage, bilingual event materials, post-event report. Made on the day. | $6,500 | Holds for the date |
| Total | $40,000 |
Nothing needed from you. These close Phase 1.
Five items plus a production day to coordinate. Three of them close the press kit on their own.
| Item | Releases | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Headshots for Matthew Logan and Matt Gagle | Press kit design | MHC |
| Media contact: name, title, email, phone | Press kit design | MHC |
| Community partnerships contact: name, title, email, phone | Press kit design | MHC |

| A date for a production day on site: which team members are up for appearing on camera, and any interviews already planned, like Nichole's, so we fold them in | All four reels and the team story pieces | Both, to coordinate |
The before photographs of the vault, lobby, and main hall are already in hand, and the community photo session is ours to schedule once Phase 2 starts.
The second agreement, unaffected by anything above. The delay leaves months before the doors open, and that gap is the best window to grow the audience. Starting now means the launch lands on people who already know you.
The partnership runs the full fiscal year, July 2026 through June 2027. Content production runs nine of those months, September through May, and June closes the year with the review and the FY28 plan.
